Nordstrom had some really good stuff for very low prices.lots of brand names here for little money! Best is, you study the map and choose your priorities. This is an outlet Mall, so prepare yourself for good Deals! You'll quite need time to shop, but you can not see everything anyway. So it really has something for everybody. A new wing was attached to the Mall with more upscale brand stores. A visit in the Sawgrass was a must do! I've been here two times before a few years ago. We stayed in Miami Beach this summer for 30 nights. Hopefully someone can do something about this! these guards would not give us any help or a ride in a crash tested SUV riding in a parking lot no faster than 15 mph! It's policies like these that really make the trip to the Sawgrass Mills not worth it because frankly you are on your own. Other Mall security personnel have given me assistance on the back of a golf cart which was much more unsafe. We asked for help after walking around in the cold for 30 minutes at 10:15pm and again I called at 10:23pm and was very upset. The so called supervisor said do not give out any information other than the number to the mall which was automated and was deemed to be useless as i am sure he was aware of. I asked for his name and the young man asked him for permission to give out his name over the radio. the supervisor said sorry do not give them any ride. A young man answered who subsequently radioed his supervisor. She drove away from us and i called the number on the vehicle for IPC International a security company (954)846-2322. She was quick to refuse explaining that we were a "liability" and could not help us. I walked over and asked the female security officer and informed her that we needed assistance finding our vehicle which we told them was on the opposite side near the furniture outlet. One male security officer was mimicking a basketball player as he shot a non-existent ball. I was elated to see a two security SUVs apparently hard at work chit chatting with one another.
We walked around the parking lot for about 30 minutes in 50 degree temperature, my wife expecting and 6 year old daughter. We weren't that familiar and everything appeared to look different under the cover of darkness.
Unfortunately we exited the mall on the wrong side. My family and I ate at the Rainforest Cafe where my 6 year old daughter really enjoys the experience.

I refuse to give money to a company that is incompetent and doesn't know how to properly train their employees in customer service. These sales associates really need an attitude adjustment. Moreover, if you ask them for a dust bag, they give you these dirty looks and one employee even turned around and walked away while I was asking her something. Liar, because I've asked similar questions and sometimes they do have some in the back and check. One time, I found a bag I really liked and wanted to know if the SA had extra in the back that were less "scratched" and she rudely told me that "Whats on the floor is the only thing we have". For someone intending to spend $100+ on a handbag you'd think the SA would have the decency of asking you ANYTHING. First of all, the store is completely overcrowded and because of the amount of people walking in an out of the store, most of the items have been moved around and what you think is 50% really is only 20% and so forth. However I find myself receiving less than acceptable behavior from this store. I'm a local and love to visit Sawgrass Mills for a good bargain.
